If your cam was troubled with some error code like "error code 5026" or "mismatched device language and client language". It means your device is not supported by your iVMS-4200 due to the different device language. In most of cases like that, you need iVMS-4200 of chinese version.
Just go to this url ( https://www1.hikvision.com/cn/download_more_390.html ) and find out this string: "网络视频监控iVMS-4200 V2.8.1.4". As you can see, there is a "（下载）" in the same line. Click it and download, setup the software, and problem of error code 5026 is solved.
